WHY “REQUEST A QUOTE”?

As a registered retailer of our brands you will be able to see our wholesale price to you when you log in to your account. On occasion we may be able to offer some “extra” incentives either with pricing or some free swag (or other items). Although there is no guarantee, when you “Request A Quote” it gives us the opportunity to look over your order and where possible, maybe offer you that little bit extra.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping costs will be set under our original phone call, face to face or email chat negotiations and this will then be set in your account. Shipping is one item that could be adjusted when requesting a quote. If, when you have received your delivery you wish to return the full delivery or any part there of, you will be required to have an approval for return supplied bu Active People Network. You can request this by emailing sales@activepeoplenetwork.com and asking for a "Return Authorisation Form”.
PLEASE NOTE: Costs of return may be charged to you, depending on the reasons for the return.

HOW DO I BECOME A FEATURED RETAILER ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA?

Contact us at thetribe@activepeoplenetwork.com with your request. We will look over your orders to note your support of our brands and take it from there.

CAN I PICK UP FROM YOUR WAREHOUSE?

Unfortunately we do not allow a pick up service.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER TO BECOME A RETAILER?

Although we do not have a minimum order sometimes the delivery costs may out weigh the selling price for you. We can discuss this with you via the “Request A Quote” option.

WHY IS MY PRICING BETTER ON SOME BRANDS AND NOT OTHERS?

Active People Network is the exclusive distributor in Australia & New Zealand for some brands and for others we may be an “On-Selling Agent”. For those brands that we have exclusivity to we can offer a better price
